As an approach of management and organizational restructuring in the post-war Libya, a group of engineers, management and planning specialists initiated a project to provide reference and guidance for restructuring and process re-engineering in organizations suffering from systematic corruption.
The group is called: Positive Change Team, as an indication of their intentions, and they have executed a successful workshop to gather ideas, and make allies in their upcoming war against corruption in the wounded state.
We will be following and covering their activities, as they were interviewed by Saut Libya Alhurra radio in Benghazi, and their host will be chatting with them next Thursday to complement what they have started.
